How to Make Milk Kefir

Place the kefir grains in a clean glass jar and add fresh milk. Let the mixture ferment at an appropriate room temperature for approximately 24 to 48 hours, depending on the conditions and your preferred taste.

Once fermentation is complete, strain the milk kefir to separate the grains. You can then reuse your kefir grains for another batch or store them according to the care instructions. Further information on storage and care is included in the guide provided with every order.
