Shipping Costs
Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
For deliveries to other EU countries, a flat shipping fee of €5.90 applies to orders below €24.90.
Orders with a total value of €24.90 or more qualify for free shipping within the EU.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver exclusively to Germany and to member states of the European Union.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are currently not available.

Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
During periods of high order volume, processing may occasionally take slightly longer. We always aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Germany: 2–5 business days
• EU countries: 3–10 business days
For print-on-demand products such as mugs and tea towels, production and shipping are handled by our production partner Printify, Inc., 195 Plymouth St, Brooklyn, NY 11201, USA.
Delivery times for print-on-demand products are generally 5–10 business days from the date of order, but may vary depending on production capacity and destination.
Shipping conditions for print-on-demand products may differ from those for products shipped directly by Dancing Microbes and are shown during checkout where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays caused by postal or shipping providers, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our control.

Packaging and Dispatch
All orders are carefully and professionally packaged.
Living fermentation cultures such as kefir grains are packed in suitable packaging designed to protect them during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@dancingmicrobes.com and include a photo of the package and its contents. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Orders are shipped by post only. Personal collection is not available.
We currently do not deliver to parcel lockers or Packstation addresses.
