Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge – within Germany and to all EU countries.

Delivery Areas

We deliver exclusively to Germany and all member states of the European Union. Unfortunately, deliveries to countries outside the EU are not possible.

Processing Time

Please note that orders may require a processing time of 1–2 business days before dispatch, particularly during periods of high order volume. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Times

• Germany: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• EU countries: 3–10 business days after dispatch

Please note for print-on-demand products (e.g. mugs, tea towels): these items are not dispatched by us directly, but are produced and shipped by our production partner Printify, Inc., 195 Plymouth St, Brooklyn, NY 11201, USA. Delivery for these products is generally 5–10 business days from order receipt and may vary depending on production capacity. Shipping is also free of charge for these products.

The delivery times stated are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by the shipping service provider, weather conditions or other external circumstances.

Packaging and Dispatch

All orders are carefully and professionally packaged. Living fermentation cultures (kefir grains) are shipped in suitable packaging material designed for transit.

However, we accept no liability for damage caused during transport by the shipping service provider, such as damage to the packaging or leakage of contents. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately by email with a photo so that we can find a solution together.

We ship by post only. Collection in person is not possible. We do not deliver to parcel lockers (Packstationen).
